San Antonio, TX

Andrea Christine Wagoner (nee Billewici), 58, of San Antonio, TX,  left us on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. The Jersey City, New Jersey native had lived in San Antonio, TX for the past 6 years. She was a loving wife and mother of 3. She was a proud first generation American born to immigrants. She retired from Active Duty on March 31, 2009. After retirement, she became a Domestic Engineer, devoting her time and energy to taking care of her sugar daddy and 3 children (and that was a lot of work!).

Andrea loved to travel and experience new cultures and food, visiting over 30 countries across 4 continents. She was fluent in 5 languages including English, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and German. She could also speak conversational Italian and Greek. She loved to support our military communities and took in young airmen during the holidays for family meals and in her spare time volunteered at the USO.

She is predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Aniela (Angie) Billewicz, and father-in-law Paul Wagoner. Survived by her loving husband, Keith Dewan Wagoner and children, Quinton Andrew Paul, Cassandra Leigh, and Cale Jesse; brother and sister-in-law George and Kathleen Plewa of Cape May, New Jersey; sister and brother-in-law Ursula and Robert Margulski of Lakewood, New Jersey; sister Donna DeMeskey of Jersey City, New Jersey; mother-in-law Mary Ann Wagoner of Fort Wayne, Indiana; brother-in-law Karry Jae Wagoner of Angola, Indiana; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Celia and Johnny Raymond of Bristol, Rhode Island; brother-in-law James Wagoner of San Jose, California; and several nieces and nephews.
