Carlos Octavio Panchana

Carlos Octavio Panchana passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 75.  True to his character, Carlos battled serious medical issues in recent years with courage and a smile.  Despite the pain, Carlos was a silent hero and stayed strong until the end.

Carlos was born is Esmeraldas, Ecuador from one family, and at the age of 18, traveled to the US to open arms to his second family of five siblings and his mother.  During his life journey, Carlos made himself the man we will all remember him to be kind, generous, humble and a wicked sense of humor.  As much, he became the Prince Charming to his wife, Sarah Panchana, for 49 years.  He was also a mentoring father to Carlos and Daniel Panchana, and an incredible grandfather to Carlos and Gabriel Panchana.

“We come into this world kicking and screaming and hope to leave in quiet peace.”  Carlos lived an amazing life and passed in a peaceful sleep.

Rest easy, Superman. 

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, May 1st, 2022, from 1pm to 3pm.
