Janina Mochnacz

Janina Mochnacz, our loving Mom, Babci, and Cioci Janka was called to heaven last Sunday with her loving family by her side.

Janina’s journey began in Poland and had stops in Siberia, Uzbekistan, Iran and India before arriving in San Francisco and settling in Jersey City.She was a very hard working individual whose priority was always taking care of and making a better life for her family.

She was predeceased by her parents Anna and Stanley, her spouse Stanley, her son Stanley and his wife Anita, her grandson Jason, and her sister Genevieve. She is survived by her two sons and their spouses, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A service will be held with her family and friends on Thursday, April 14th, 9am, at Michalski Funeral Home and St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Jersey City.

All who knew Her should not be surprised that Babci said, ”Instead of buying flowers for me, save your money for something for your family.”  Feel free to share how you celebrated Babci’s request.
