Justo E Reyes

Justo Reyes, 89, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, March 27, 2026. Born on May 30, 1936, in Ecuador, Justo lived a long and meaningful life rooted in love, strength, and dedication to his family.

With courage and determination, he came to the United States, where he built a life in New York and Jersey City alongside his beloved wife, Elina Reyes. Together, they created a strong and loving family foundation that continues to live on through generations.

He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Vega, Olga Perez, and Cecilia Ruiz, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory. He is now reunited in heaven with his son, a bond that brings comfort to those who love him.

Justo will be remembered for his strength, his resilience, and the deep love he had for his family. His presence, wisdom, and spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A viewing will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Michalski Funeral Home, located at 463 Monmouth Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Family will arrive at 3:00 PM, and guests are welcome to attend starting at 4:00 PM.

Burial services will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Family arrival is scheduled between 9:00–10:00 AM, with escort services arriving at Bay View Cemetery at approximately 1:00 PM. The cemetery is located at Garfield Avenue & Cator Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07305.
