Leokadia Doda

Leokadia K. (Ozga) Doda, age 90, of Jersey City, passed away May 9th, 2021, in her home from Alzheimer’s. Born in Poland in 1930, she was sent to Siberia, Russia during WWII, and then later after marriage immigrated to the USA. Leokadia was a devout Parishioner who was extremely active in Saint Anthony’s of Padua Church in Jersey City. Leokadia was a very loving mother, grandmother, and wife. Leokadia K. Doda is survived by her husband, Marian Doda, of Jersey City, and three children, Micheal Z. Doda, George J. Doda, and Bozena (Doda) Abalo. She is pre-deceased by her child Jacek P. Doda.

The visitation will be held at Michalski Funeral Home on May 16, 2021 from 2pm-6pm. Following the visitation, a private burial service for family and close friends only will take place at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Pennsylvania.
