Mildred Trapanese

Mildred Trapanese passed away on September 2nd, 2022.

Wife of the late Gaetano, she is survived by her children Carol Calamito and her late husband Nicholas and Mildred Pirillo and her late husband Carmen.  Grandmother to Nicholas and his wife Denise Calamito, Melissa and her husband Joe La Falce, and David Calamito.  Great-grandmother to Francesca Iorio, Amanda Calamito, Taylor and Carmen La Falce, and Connor Graziano.

She worked as a volunteer at the Nurturing Center in Jersey City for many years.  She was Tenant of the Year at Battery View where she resided.  She was an active member of St. Andrew Altar Rosary Society in Avenel.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She loved to shop whenever possible.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 6th, from 1pm to 5pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 7th, at 10am.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
