Peter Rosen

Peter Andrew Rosen, 45, of Jersey City, unexpectedly passed away on July 14, 2020. He was the husband of Tara (née Cicutti), with whom he shared 17 years of marriage. 

Born in Newton, MA, he was the son of Marjorie Rosen of Sharon, MA and Sidney Rosen of Stoughton, MA. He is further survived by his brother Jeff, Jeff’s wife Jennifer; mother-in-law Diane McCall; sister-in-law Shannon Kitrosser; nieces Emily Rosen and Hannah Kitrosser and nephews Brady Rosen, Alex and Ryan Kitrosser.

He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and spent his career as a Weather Derivatives Broker. Pete loved his cats; sports, especially his Pats, Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Nittany Lions; fantasy football; cryptic crosswords; and playing volleyball and poker with his friends. Every connection he made with someone was authentic, genuine and real. He made more of an impact in his short 45 years than many make in their entire lives and he could naturally light up a room. He will be remembered by all for his empathy and kindness.
