Robert Patrick Rosario

Robert Patrick Rosario, age 46, of Jersey City, passed away on July 17, 2023. 

Born and raised in Jersey City, Robert was a husband, father, friend, beloved son, brother, and a loved family member. He is survived by his wife Virginia, his son Michael, mother Carol, and brother Anthony. Robert will forever be remembered for his contagious laughter, ambition, adventure, smile, and love for all. Growing up in downtown Jersey City, Robert graduated from St.Mary’s High School, joined the United States Marine Corps, and graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.

Pursuing his career in Education, he decided it was time to travel and he landed his feet in South Korea. In Korea, Robert lived there for 14 years where he taught children the English language.

His passion and creativity for life kept him exploring new adventures where he met his loving wife Virginia, her son, and her daughter Juheyon. Creating a beautiful family and building together, they had a son, Michael. If there was one thing in Robert's life that he truly unconditionally loved and was grateful for was the birth of his son Michael.

Robert’s love for life and being with his family and friends will forever be remembered and honored greatly. As we say a prayer for him, The Rosario family thanks everyone for their unconditional support during this time. If you knew Robert, he celebrated with laughter and always wanted to share that his love for life and the beauty of nature was the key to happiness.

All are welcome to join us in honoring Robert on Thursday, August 3rd from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Michalski Funeral Home. His final resting will be at Holy Name Cemetery, followed by a Mass being held at St. Mary’s Church.
