Victor Manual Cruz was born June 27, 1965 in Jersey City, New Jersey and went to rest April 21, 2022 at the age of 56.
Victor, also known as Speedy, leaves behind four children that he loved dearly: Venus Morales, Victor Morales, Victoria Paradiso, and his youngest son, Nathaniel Cruz. Anyone who ever encountered Victor knew him as a loving Father, Son, Brother and friend.
He was known for bringing light to the ones close to him with his comedic jokes and bragging about his kids. He will truly be missed in the streets of Jersey City ,however, he has impacted all of our life's so deeply that he will remain with us forever.
